- Understanding money and its future
Jared began his speech by asking everyone in the group what their opinion on money was. Concepts ranged from something you always need/spending it whenever you have it to being an archaic system. Jared discussed debt, leveraging assets, and how to be smart with money.
- Tactical empathy practice: what are you passionate about?
This was a very exciting point for everyone, as we broke into random couples and began to practice a Black Swan exercise of “What are you passionate about?” “What about ______ makes you passionate?” After that, the inquirer is only allowed to continue the conversation by inquiring with labels and mirrors. Although the format was not very closely followed, everyone enjoyed the individual conversation and time with their partners.
